Updates 02/09/2012
We are saddened to inform you Ricky's appeal for a rehearing was denied in the 8th Circuit Court by an 11 judge panel. 2 of the 11 judges voted to grant the appeal. The court is not saying Ricky is not innocent, but as the law in written, in Amrine vs Bowersox, it does not allow him release. Ricky's attorneys are now headed to the US Supreme court to argue for his release. You continued support is appreciated. If you have not registered as a supporter please do so. Would you also please spread the message about Ricky's case through friends, church and social media.
Please keep Ricky's situation lifted up in prayer.

Updates 11/22/2011
On November 18, 2011 Ricky's legal team filed the rehearing motion to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals Full Panel. His legal team is optimistic about the outcome. Also the ADHOC Group Against Crime in Kansas City, MO has submitted a Friend of the Court Brief on Rick's behalf. This is great news for us as we begin to see important groups support our cause.

Currently Ricky's case of actual innocence is before the US Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. His attorney, Sean O'Brien, appeared for oral arguments on April 11, 2011. We remain optimistic for a favorable ruling.
